    When I first met Terry five years ago I worked out 5 days a week for two hours each day. I did the same exercise over and over again, and the same cardio machine day in and day out. I was truly committed; however I couldn't lose weight or begin to build muscle. For yeas I went at it. I finally came to the realization that I needed help. I couldn't do it alone.

                      My first appointment with Terry was pretty sad. I cried and cried and he listened. I will never forget what he said to me. "You will be at the gym less time and you will lose weight. However you must follow my advice. I know what I'm doing, you must trust me."

                      I have never looked back since then. He has helped me change my body from the inside out.
