"Coach Terry helped me to set my personal fitness goals at a rasonable and possible level. That didn't mean, take this magic pill and in 24 hours all of the fat on your body would disappear. No, it didn't mean you could eat cookies all day without consequences. What it did mean was, follow Coach Terry's plan of workouts one on one, and join in on some group sessions. Eat a balanced meal of lean protein, starchy carbs and fibrous carbs. Then - Watch Out! because you are on your way to a New You, a healthy, active, and slimmer you. Sounds easy enough to do on your own, but Coach Terry throws in all of his years of expertise to help inspire and motivate you when it's not so easy to keep the cookies out of your mouth or when you don't feel like working out today or when the scale doesn't sem to move as fast as you would like it to because your fat is now turning into muscle! Coach Terry always brings the workouts to my personal level, not too easy, not so hard that I get hurt. He always makes sure I am exercising correctly with proper form for best results and to keep me safe. Coach Terry is the most ecucated trainer I know and he is always passing his latest found information on to us in class about nutrition and exercise to keep us all updated and informed. Coach Terry is knowledgeable and with knowledge comes Power and with power comes results to last a lifetime. Thank you Coach for helping teach me how to be a stronger, healthier, slimmer ME!
